Chapter 28

The butler spoke slowly.

Rich people do have a lot of rules. Daisy took it and said: 'I know. When I have free time I will read. You do your job."

The housekeeper did not leave but stood still and said: "No, ma'am, I have to stand here and watch her read everything and check it again before I can leave."

'I just need to remember, I'm not a high school student either."

Daisy frowned and said, she still had to read the script and didn't have time to read the rules.

"Miss, that's been the rule since Mrs. Nenito came here. She did a great job. I hope you can do it too."

The butler spoke slowly again. However, just a few pages of rules won't make things difficult for her. Daisy opened it, turning page after page, each page lasting less than a minute, then fifteen minutes later, she put it back together.

'I have finished reading it."

The butler was a little surprised and asked: "Tell me, how many rules are there?"

"There are no more than ninety rules, but each rule is very long and tiring to read. The editor doesn't know anyone, but if they could shorten each sentence and each word, it would be better."

The butler didn't know what to say for a moment. After a while, he said: "So what do you remember?"

'First, everything must be according to Mrs. Nenito, secondly, without orders from the lady, it is not allowed to interfere in family matters, thirdly.."

Daisy read until her mouth was tired, the housekeeper could only glare at her.

After reading, she said: "I've finished reading, can I go now?"

'Young lady, there is one more thing."

The butler was surprised but spoke seriously.

Okay, you say it quickly. If there's anything else, just say it, I have to work and can't sit for long."

'Yes, the boss told you to take care of the young master yourself."

The butler said.

'Take care of him, okay?"

Daisy frowned a bit then she said: 'Okay, I know."

After all, as a wife, it is normal for her to take care of her husband. She did not object to Mr. Drkov's rule. She accepted it, so she had to do it.

The butler did not expect her to accept it so quickly, he added: 'That means from now on, you will have to pay attention to the young master bathing and dressing him."

'Um, is there anything else?"

"That's all for now, nothing more. I'll go first."

The butler glanced at her then he walked out.

Only then did he take out his phone and call Mrs. Nenito. 'Hello ma'am, she has finished reading the rules."

'Does she have any expressions?"

Mrs. Nenito's voice rang out.

'No, ma'am, she remembers it very well."

The butler replied.

'Hmm, what about Atlas?" Mrs. Nenito asked again.

"He's still locked himself in the small house behind, and hasn't been seen since this afternoon."

'Hmm, keep an eye out for me, everything else is going according to plan, you know?"

Mrs. Nenito could not help but warn.

'Yes, yes, I will."

The butler nodded like pounding garlic, but his voice was a bit flattering.

On the other side, Mrs. Nenito hung up the phone and couldn't help but laugh coldly. She had not been the owner of Drkov's house for long and that girl had just arrived and wanted to usurp her rights. It wasn't that easy. Her son is about to take control of the Drkov Group. At that time, everyone in the Drkov family had to listen to her.

Daisy sat in her room reading the manuscript. The more she read, the harder it became for her to imagine the male protagonist. At first, she just thought of him as any other normal male lead in a love story. She made dozens of sketches but was not satisfied with any of them.

Not to mention the face, the ten male leads all have the same face, all are cold handsome men, the problem is the body and eyes.

The author created the male protagonist to have sharp, cold eyes, but inside he hides loneliness and resentment. His attitude is also a bit contradictory, both indifferent and cold but also indescribably warm. Her combination of conflicting attitudes makes her very difficult to draw. Normally she draws either cold and indifferent or warm like sunlight, but she has never drawn such a conflicted male protagonist.

In 5 years of painting, Daisy has never bitten her pen as thoughtfully as she is now. The author knows how to make things difficult for artists.

'Bang."

'Rattle."

Daisy was thinking when suddenly there was a crash in the bathroom. Daisy heard it and stood up and walked towards the bathroom. First, she knocked on the door and asked: "First young master, are you okay?"

No one answered inside, but she heard a strong hiss inside. Daisy wanted to open the door to go in but discovered that the door was locked from the inside.

Having no other choice, she went to find the housekeeper. His room was on the second floor so she had to run up there. Luckily, when she arrived, she met him and got the spare key.

She didn't know that when she stepped down, the butler would look at her with a devilish smile.

Taking the key, Daisy immediately opened the bathroom door. What she saw was a dark space. This man didn't even turn on the light when taking a shower. How could he bathe in a space like this?

Without thinking much, Daisy turned on the light switch. The light bulb flashed for a moment and then turned off. Could it be that the light bulb is broken? Daisy had no choice but to take her phone and turn on the flashlight. The room suddenly lit up and she only saw the image of a man slumped to the ground with a wheelchair lying on one side.

Daisy was frightened. She didn't have time to think. She quickly ran in front of the man: "Atlas, are you okay? Let me help you up."

But before Daisy could reach the corner of his shirt, Atlas pushed her away, "Don't touch me, get out."

His voice was very loud, unable to hide the anger in it.

Atlas's strength was so great that Daisy was pushed aside, her head hit the edge of the bathtub painfully, but she tried to endure the pain and looked at the man trying to support him to stand up.

It looked like he was heading towards the wheelchair. Seeing this, Daisy first pushed the wheelchair next to him, then she continued to support him. This time he still tried to push her away but she hugged him tightly.
