'Kia!" She called with more urgency as she rushed towards him.
He turned to look at her before melting into her trembling arms. 'Aunty?" He whimpered.
When Olivia's eyes met Harper's body on the bed with her uneven breathing she tried to understand what happened.
'What is it?" She looked into his eyes.
'My Baby." Kia pushed his lips to the side, his eyes staring into the distance.
Olivia disengaged from the hug completely. 'The baby is yours!?" She didn't know if she should be happy at the news or disgusted at the lady who chose to make herself an object of shame.
'Yes, but…" Kia stopped to get a hang of himself.
'But?" Olivia left him and walked towards Harper.
'It is in danger."
'She tried killing it off?" She stared at Harper on the bed and refused to touch her.
'She tried killing its father." Serenity exposed.
'What?" Olivia snapped her head towards Kia whose eyes snapped shut, refusing to look anyone in the face.
'Then…"
'She fainted from shock because he didn't die."
'Serenity," Kia called.
'What? Isn't that the truth? You could have died Kia." She loosed her hands, which were folded beneath her breast.
'Well, I didn't." Kia countered.
'Enough. A life is at stake." Olivia, who was familiar with this situation between the near siblings and could predict what could happen next, hissed at them.
'Go call Liam."
'He is with Moon."
'A life is at stake." She turned to Serenity before looking at Kia. 'Or, lives are at stake!"
'Okay." Serenity left the room while Alpha Rex watched the whole event, not knowing what emotion to focus solely on. He just watched.

Serenity arrived at the door the same as the head guard of the prison. They glared at themselves before knocking on the door at once.
Liam who had gone down to cuddling Moon in bed naked after an intense lovemaking, stiffened at the knocks before groaning.
He considered not answering them and cuddled Moon even tighter.
'You should answer the door."
'I don't want to."
'Liam."
'Don't call me Liam, Sweet." Liam snuggled closer.
'But you are Alpha Liam." She stated, looking at the wall ahead of her.
'And your mate, Sweet. I am your Mate too." He whined but the knocks came again.
'The door Liam. The door." She reminded.
'Or I will go answer it."
'Fine!" Liam pouted and got out of bed, putting on only his shorts before walking towards the door.
'Where are you heading to?" Moon's eyes danced with mischief.
'The door?" Liam hoped she would tell him to stay back but she nodded.
'I know, but dressed like that?" She crinkled her nose.
'Is that jealousy I smell?" Liam smiled sheepishly before walking towards her again.
'Put some clothes on and go answer the damn door!" Moon raised her voice and got away in desperation not to be caught by Liam.
'Arrgh!" He groaned even deeper when the knocks didn't stop.
Hurriedly putting on some clothes, he walked briskly towards the door with a tinge of annoyance displayed on his face.
Opening the door with such force that Moon thought the door would come off its hinges, she giggled before looking through his wardrobe for something to put on, too.
'What?" He snapped before he even got a sight of who was at the door.
'Alpha."
'Alpha."
Both ladies called before bowing.
Relaxing the muscle on his face, he leaned on the wall, expecting to hear their report.
'Diana…"
'Kia…"
They started together, putting him on alert. He saw them glare at themselves before looking at him and opening their mouth at the same time again. He had to hold up his hand.
'Go first, Serenity." He encouraged, and she made a funny face at the head guard, but that was the least of his problems at the moment. He just heard Kia's name pronounced with urgency and his heart skipped a beat.
'It's a long story, Liam. You need to come and fast." Serenity dropped all formalities but was still serious.
Liam gauged her facial expression. Knowing how competitive Serenity was, he didn't know if she was serious or if she wanted to win against the prison head.
'What's with Diana?" He turned towards the prison head whose face was as emotionless as a rock.
'She is dead." She deadpanned.
'What!?" The shock on Liam's face surprised the duo who looked at themselves before looking back at Liam.
'Who is dead?" Moon's face popped up from the space between Liam's hand and his body.
'Diana is." She casually answered.
Even in his shock, Liam didn't fail to scold her for her casual answer.
'She is your Luna." He stated with seriousness and watched her face morph from displeasure to surprise, then respect.
'Diana was found dead in her prison room Luna."
'And Aiden?" She asked.
'Alive and emotionless." Moon nodded slowly looking at Liam's still-shocked face.
She didn't feel anything about the death of Diana and wasn't ready to pretend she had not wished death upon her all through her hard days in the Silverstone pack.
'Let's go." He was ready to go with the prison head, with Moon right behind him when Serenity sighed.
'Aunt Olivia demanded it." She finally said something that caught his attention and he turned back towards her direction.
'Keep everything on hold, I will be back in there soon." He told the prison head who bowed.

Liam, Moon, and Serenity walked into the bay to see the whimpering Harper and the nurse on duty doing her best to keep her calm.
'What happened?" Moon asked this time since Liam lost his voice on seeing Alpha Rex in the room too.
'The baby is his." It took Olivia a lot of emotional courage to face her daughter.
Moon raised a brow and went ‘Ooh!' before staring at Kia's bloody back. The atmosphere was awkward but she didn't let that deter her from doing what she wanted to do as she walked towards his tensed back.
'But she is on the verge of losing it." Serenity completed in the background.
Liam whose eyes met with Alpha Rex's eyes, began to sweat. When he heard the baby wasn't his, he felt relieved, but the guilt of his past still hung heavily on him.
Moon touched Kia, who didn't as much as pay attention to her. Slowly, she felt herself get weakened before it stopped.
Kia turned towards her with amazement in his eyes. 'Did you just?"
'Yes." Moon nodded with a smile, a sheen of tears in her eyes.
Now, she felt useful. She felt like she color be heard and respected after healing Kia's back.
The rest, except Liam, stared on with a unified but unasked question.
'She has the healing ability," Kia replied, his mood suddenly shifting from the gloomy one from earlier to a sunny one as he held out hope.
Taking a hold of Moon's hand, he led her to Harper, putting a hand on her tummy. 'please." He pleaded.
'I just want my baby out and alive."
'Leave," Kia told the nurse, who left without a word of opposition.
Moon looked at Liam who encouraged her with a nod even with the pool of nervousness he found himself in.
Touching Harper's belly, even with the anger she felt at her, Moon began to feel her strength leave her at rapid speed, and worst of all, she found out she could not disengage herself from Harper's stomach.
Soon, blood began to drip from her nose.
'Moon!"
