'Kneel properly or leave," Liam ordered using his aura as an Alpha.

'I won't do this against your will." He continued.

'If you don't want to, walk out."

'I will."

'You will?"

'You will what?" Liam asked him.

'I will take the oath."

'Draw your blood," Liam commanded and watched Kia bite into his hand long and hard enough to get his blood out.

Following Liam's finger, Kia made his blood drop on the place pointed out, and Liam did the same.

'I swear to always be loyal to Alpha Liam of the Blood Moon pack as his Beta till eternity," Kia swore and watched his blood simmer, and soon, both bloods mixed themselves thoroughly, and they were gone.

'What?" Liam asked Kia when he looked up at him in question.

'Were you thinking I would swear to be loyal to you too?" He asked, the amusement in his voice a bit too loud.

'Henceforth, you are bound to me, body, wolf, and soul. You can choose to betray me at your risk." Alpha Liam said healing himself and making a show of flexing his muscles.

'See you at the party." He said and soon, he was gone, turning invisible and running off.

Stepping close to the pack house with loads of loud music hitting his ears and making them sag, accompanied by headaches, Liam made a move to avoid the group.

'I made it especially for you, Alpha. You need to get your mind off her..." Came Kia's voice surprising Liam.

'For the now." He added to avoid coming off as an anti-fan to his mate.

'I wasn't expecting you this quick," Liam admitted.

Bowing extremely low, I needed to be at my Alpha's side to attend to his needs.

Taking a deep breath, Liam walked into the busy hall of loud music, bodies rubbing themselves in the name of a dance, smoke from cigars filling the air, the blinding colors of different lights, and loud voices.

Twisting his face, Liam made to leave when he was approached by some close guards.

'Hey, Alpha!" One said excitedly.

'And Alpha Liam decided to join us tonight." Another, a bit older than Liam, said, clapping Liam's back as if to drive his point home.

'I heard you singlehandedly thought of this and threw this party for us, how kind of you." One with an attractive smile being the only beautiful thing on his face said, his hand moving to smack a lady's ass before Liam could reply.

'It's all thanks to my Beta," Liam said, passing a nod of greeting to them and moving further into the crowd of busybodies.

'ALPHA LIAM!" Came a shrill female voice above the loud music, attracting the attention of almost all the attendees at the party.

Forcing a smile on his face, Liam waved toward them, and most of them waved back, resisting the intruding thought of touching him.

Most girls were squealing, boldly ogling at Liam. His muscled arms on full display did something to their midsection, and his biceps, traceable through his sleeveless muscle shirt, made their thoughts run wild.

'I would do anything to lick the sheen of sweat on his body right now!" One of the girls said in a high-pitched voice, and Liam's face contorted into that of disgust.

Men in the club became a bit aggressive, dragging their partners far away from the sight of their hot Alpha.

Shifting away from his path to enable him to walk without haste towards the place specially made for him, Liam looked around and saw a girl with bright purple hair holding a packet of cigars; he approached her.

'Can I get this from you?" Liam asked the extremely stunned girl whose eyes were unblinking as they stared at him.

'Can I?" Liam asked again as he purposefully deepened his voice.

She blinked twice.

Taking that as a response, Liam took hold of the pack, offered a thank you, and winked at her. All she had to do in response was faint.

Walking towards the throne-like chair waiting for him, Liam sat down with his leg across the other, a stick of the now opened pack of cigars between his teeth.

He didn't need to ask for a lighter because Kia was already by his side with one, lighting the tip of his cigar for him.

'Don't just stand there like a servant; sit with me," Liam said, pointing to the next exquisite-looking chair, and Kia sat.

'Drink, please," Liam said, his voice a little raised, which he didn't have to because the acting waiters and waitress were already approaching him with trays and buckets full of wine.

With the cigar in between his fingers, going in and out of his mouth as coils of smoke followed after, he said, 'Give me the wine with the most alcoholic content."

'Yes, Alpha." They chorused, and soon, a male server was picked to serve the Alpha, pouring the wine at intervals per Liam's request.

Kia picked a female server for himself, and they got into an unnecessary conversation.

'What's that noise?" Liam asked.

'What?" Kia questioned, and soon there were curses hurled, tumbling heard, and the sound of glasses shattering.

Before Kia could get to his feet, the guards were already on it.

'Lying bitch!" One of the offenders said.

'Things happen stupid; don't place your trust in anyone. It's part of life's lesson." The other retorted and the words sliced into Liam's chest.

'Bring them."

'Pardon?"

'Didn't you hear me, bring them here," Liam ordered, drowning the sixth glass of his wine in one go.

'You need to take care not to be too wasted," Kia said and left to do what he was asked to do.

The girls were brought soon after, others were too into the party to care about a minor fight.

'What happened?" Liam asked, the glowing cigar in his left hand and the glass of wine in his right hand, taking both intermittently.

'We made a bet." One of them replied.

'Let me take a guess, about my appearance?" Liam asked and they nodded.

'Who lost?"

'I did." The dark-haired girl with multiple piercings said, even with the other girl pointing at her.

'And why did you think I would come?" He asked the other girl.

'Well, just because you threw the party." She said shyly with a shrug.

'And you?"

'You don't look or act like the party type." Came her non-committed response.

'You are both wrong," Liam said with a chuckle as he drowned the content of his wine again in one go.

Kia knew he needed to stop Liam before he ended up doing something stupid, Liam had never been too good with holding his senses tight after getting drunk. One reason he preferred smoking to drinking.

'What?"

'What?"
