Probably due to the side effects of the sleeping pills,Ethan closed his eyes and slept until ten o'clock in the morning.He was woken up by a phone call.
The sun was shining brightly.I don't know what was said on the other end of the phone.Ethan squinted his eyes,feeling the glare of the sun,and said coolly,"Go back.I don't think we have anything to talk about."
The person on the other end of the phone kept chattering.Ethan listened quietly for a while,and finally said,"Let's meet at the coffee shop downstairs of the company."
I floated along with Ethan.When we arrived at the coffee shop,I saw Sylvia sitting by the window.
She looked much more gaunter than before with her red eyes.Ethan sat down opposite her and said,"Say what you have to say.This is probably our last conversation."
I thought to myself that Ethan was really heartless.The first love he had once held so dear in his heart,now he didn't even want to say one more word to her.So his so-called love was nothing more than that.
