'People who have time are different. Don't you have anything to do but read books?"

Dalziel couldn't help but sarcasm.

Atlas's eyes looked coldly at Dalziel. Every time he saw Dalziel, he couldn't help but remember that day. Who pushed you into this situation? It was this younger brother that he never looked at, that day he could never forget.

"Go out."

Still that impatient voice.

'I came to show you something."

Dalziel looked at him and smiled sinisterly before placing an envelope on the table.

Atlas didn't even look at him, he coldly repeated: "Get out."

"If you watch it, I'll go."

Dalziel still stood there with no sign of moving.

The two people struggled silently, one didn't go, and the other didn't open the envelope.

The atmosphere around Daisy seemed warmer, she and Mrs. Cara were eating and talking.

'That's right mom, is the Narine family coming to bother you again?"

Daisy asked as she ladled the soup.

Speaking of the Narine family, Mrs. Cara's face only showed resentment, her voice was also a bit angry: "If those people still come, I will fight with them."

'If they come to bother you, you must let me know. I will not leave them alone."

Daisy couldn't help but warn her mother that no matter what happened, she had to be careful with them.

'You don't need to worry about me, I won't involve you anymore."

Mrs. Cara firmly affirmed that she would protect her daughter.

Daisy put down her chopsticks, suddenly she said seriously: "Mom, you promise me not to solve anything alone. You still have me, we can solve everything together."

She was very afraid that her mother would do unimaginable things for her. Her mother's life had already suffered a lot because of her, and she didn't want her mother to suffer anymore.

Looking at her daughter for a moment, Mrs. Cara sighed and said: "Okay, Daisy, I listen to you. Let's continue eating, don't mention them anymore."

'Yes, you should eat more."

She picked up chopsticks and picked up a few pieces of braised meat and some vegetables for her mother.

At five o'clock in the afternoon, Daisy realized it was late and said goodbye to her mother.

Mother and daughter cuddled together for a while until Daisy left the alley at five-thirty.

Daisy discovers that the taxi she called arrived on time. Sitting in the car, her heart was no longer as heavy as before. Anyway, Mr. Drkov did not forbid her to visit her mother, so she still had the opportunity to visit her mother in the future.

Daisy felt a little relieved thinking that.

She looked at the bag placed on the chair next to her. Inside were the food her mother had made for her, all the things she liked to eat like pickles, ham, and dried chicken.

She looked at these dishes and didn't know when she would be able to eat them all. Every meal she takes out a little bit and it takes about a month to eat it all. Her mother acted as if she was being mistreated in Drkov's house and had no food to eat.

But this was her mother's heart, she had to take it home and eat it all.

As soon as she arrived at Drkov's house, she felt that something was wrong with the atmosphere in the house. The servants looked at her with strange eyes, some even looked at her like "You're done".

Daisy didn't know what was going on, but she also didn't care about the looks of these people.

She carried the food to the kitchen and asked Aunt Sam to put it away for her. After that, she was about to return to her room when a maid ran up and said: "Miss, Mrs. Nenito wants to see you."

Hearing that, Daisy stopped walking, frowned, and asked: "Where is she?"

'Mrs. Nenito is waiting for you on the second floor."

The maid spoke carefully.

Daisy doesn't know what Mrs. Nenito wants to tell her.

Daisy went to the second floor, several maids were cleaning the hallway. Seeing her, they didn't even say hello and pretended not to see her. Daisy walked past them and knocked on Mrs. Nenito's door.

"Come in."

A weak voice came from inside.

Daisy opened the door and saw Mrs. Nenito sitting in an armchair with two servants rubbing her shoulders and feet.

"Hi, Mom."

Daisy politely greeted.

"Where did you go?"

Mrs. Nenito is enjoying herself with her eyes closed. Hearing Daisy's voice, her eyes opened slightly, glancing at her.

'I just got back from my mother's house."

Daisy answered calmly.

'Who let you go so casually? Did you ask my permission before leaving?"

Mrs. Nenito became cold, her sharp eyes piercing Daisy's body.

'I told Grandpa in advance, he gave me permission to go."

She spoke reasonably, not bothering to look at Mrs. Nenito's angry face. After all, she just wanted to show off her power.

'What, I told you, everything has to go through me? Who permitted you to bother Grandpa? Very good. Very good. I can't help but punish you. You should slap her."

Mrs. Nenito coldly ordered the maid.

The two maids massaging her glanced at each other. One person stood up and walked towards Daisy to obey. She raised her hand to slap Daisy's face, but before she could do anything, Daisy quickly grabbed her and pushed the person back.

Mrs. Nenito saw that, her expression narrowed angrily, and asked: "Daisy, what do you mean?"

"I'm asking you, why do you want to hit me?"

Daisy was not afraid of her expression but frowned and asked.

"You don't even know why you asked like that. You left the house without asking your mother-in-law's permission, violating the rules of this house. I slapped you to make you remember the next time you open your mouth to greet your mother-in-law, what do you think?"

'I don't dare to have any opinion. But are you sure I'm not asking you? Before leaving, I went to your room and knocked on the door, but the maid said you were out."
