'What do you think you are doing?" I whisper-shouted at her, my hands itching to strangle her.
'What do you think I am doing?" She asks back, leaning on the wall, her hands crossed beneath her breast and her eyes looking suggestively at me.
'I told you not to lay a hand on her," I said with my teeth clenched, my hands folded in a tight ball.
'Did you?" Came her reply, her head tilted slowly to the side with the corner of her lips lifted to the side.
'Diana…"
'Oh please Aiden. I didn't touch her, or did I?" She smiled playfully, and I caught her red, shiny lip gloss.
'I know you are behind what just happened," I said in controlled rage.
She looked at me, her lips restraining her laughter.
'Prove it." She said, bringing her hand to cover her lips with her brows lifted.
Looking at her facial expression, I felt mad. She would be the only one apart from my parents to bring out the part of me, the extremely angered but helpless part of me.
'Oh, Aiden." She started placing her hand on my chest.
'Don't – you – touch – me," I stated holding her hands and removing it from my chest.
'I still like you, you know."
If I could hiss before now, I never knew until I loud hiss left my mouth.
'To hell with your affection."
Suddenly taking interest in her red polished nails, she said, 'We are fated to be together from the start."
Now, I laughed, my shoulder shaking from the impact. Cleaning a tear drop from my eyes, I looked clearly at her but she was unfazed.
'Are you delusional?"
'No." Came her clear reply, a smile I hated so much on her lips.
I wasn't expecting an answer though. I went back to whispering; I didn't want whatever I would say in defense of Moon to be heard by any other person.
'Look here…" I went a step closer to her, my head bowed and my eyes looking at her beneath my eyelid.
Suddenly, she grabbed my shirt and pulled me closer. Not expecting her sudden action, my body gave in and I leaned on her, feeling every inch of her upper body.
'I am listening." She whispered into my ears, and it sent an electric current down my spine.
Placing my hand on the wall, I tried pushing her away, but she held on tight.
'Stop this madness, Diana."
'Stop the madness, Aiden, before it gets too late." She told me, her face inches from mine with her eyes earnestly looking into mine.
'I will forgive you for frolicking around with her." She said seriously still looking unblinkingly into my eyes.
She meant Moon right? Buy who was she kidding with? Forgive me? What right does she think she has?
'Forgive me?" I questioned her, a light chuckle escaping my lips.
'Funny, yeah? You will find out pretty soon, and by then, I hope it isn't too late."
'What rubbish are you saying?"
I began feeling aware of my body still pressing against hers when her gaze flickered to my lips, and she bit hers a little lightly.
'Unhand me Diana else I'd do it myself." I threatened, making sure to keep my desires at bay.
'Alright Mr. Lover boy. There you go, you are free and pretty good to go." She said with a slurry of laughter.
Stepping away from her, I closed my eyes to regain control of my body. If I need to pass this message successfully, I will have to do it quickly with utmost seriousness.
Opening my eyes, I see her eyes focus on somewhere else or maybe someone else but I don't care. I only need to do this and do it fast. I can already feel my control slipping out of my grasp.
She smirks and for a second, I am tempted to look back and see who or what it was holding her attention. I see her eyelid flutter slowly before she raises her brows; I am painfully aware of its effects on me. Heats pools at the floor of my tummy but I needed to be sane to pass a message.
Grabbing her face and forcing her to look my way, she gave a little ‘ouch!' and I pulled my hands off. Maybe I really held her face a little too tightly because she gave me this pained look.
I was almost on the verge of uttering my apologies when the air suddenly shifted. Something felt off; my guts had mostly been right, and right now, I knew I needed to step away from her. Maybe I can pass on my message later.
As if reading my mind or predicting my next line of action, she held my face so firmly that I couldn't even twist my neck to get free from her hold.
I wish I was sweating heavily; maybe then my face would get slick enough to slip through her hands.
What was on her mind? The fiery look in her eyes gave my heart an unnecessary thump but remembering her fake pained face from earlier, I am forced to come back to my senses.
Her face drew nearer. I had enough time to push her off, but I was rooted in place. My hands were rendered immobile, and my eyes stuck to being open.
She holds my gaze for a little while before returning her gaze to the place it was before forcing her to look at me. Who was it she was looking at?
With my eyes wide open, I watch her eyelid slide to a close as she takes her time savoring my lips.
I hate the way I feel, the way I react to her lips on mine, the way my lips couldn't help but respond to hers initially.
Still kissing her shallowly, a memory flashed in my mind. That of Moon and I.
I remember randomly kissing Moon without thinking just to pass a message across. Dawning on me that Moon might be watching, I struggle to detach myself from her.
If my struggle is an active or a passive one, I can't tell because my twisted mind also reminded me that Moon's kiss wasn't as good as Diana's and this might be the last time I enjoy this.
I keep struggling till she pulls away from me with a huge smile plastered on her face. I can tell it is a smile of victory.
What's she smiling for?
Her knee carefully kneads my half-hard shaft, and my breath becomes heavy. I am torn in-between leaving myself to freely feel what I have to feel and taking control of my animalistic instinct.
'Stop it, Diana," I whisper but it comes out forced, like I am in tears or something close to that.
She leaned in, her mouth to my ear as she bit it before allowing her hot tongue to give it a little lick, and I swear I almost lost myself and grabbed her ass.
