‘I am just getting started, by the time I am done with you, you won't recognize yourself.' She thought to herself, returning her eyes to the food.
'Did you see that?" Lilian asked her, not hiding her amusement.
'Yeah," Diana responded her eyes not leaving her food this time.
'Come on, I deserve an accolade."
'The most beautiful villain of the Silverstone pack, I think it's high time you revived a trophy," Amira whispered, her face shining with delight.
'But seriously girls, one would think you guys just got the biggest award or something. Tone it down; eyes are watching us, too." Diana said with a wide smile this time.
She looked towards Moon, whose embarrassment wouldn't let her leave the floor, and nobody was willing to help either or offer a word of consolation.
'But seriously, I thought you said she has something going on with Aiden?" Becky asked, with one of her brows raised as she folded her hands beneath her breast.
'Yes, why?" Diana, who was slowly munching the food in her mouth, asked.
'Look." Becky started, nodding her head towards Aiden's direction.
All eyes followed hers towards Aiden's part of the table.
'He doesn't care, he makes jokes of her even."
'I don't understand." She concluded, turning her food around the plate without actually eating any of it.
Releasing a heavy sigh that drew the attention of the rest of them, Diana looked straight at Becky.
'First, why do you care?"
'I don't care, I am just puzzled." Becky, who was caught off guard by the question, answered, struggling to keep herself from stuttering.
Diana looked away, her hand lifted towards her head but it stopped midway as she looked back at the food.
There was a little movement, and Moon slowly found her way up the floor, but not without wincing as she stood, taking the little remains on her plate with her to her isolated table.
It wasn't difficult to see she was trying her best to be strong and not mocked for crying over a little fall. With her face extremely red, her eyes never left the floor till she found her way to her isolated table.
'Second." Diana raised two fingers to emphasize her point.
'Are you that dense, or are you pretending to be?"
'Hey girl, no need for that, she just asked a question," Lilian said.
'Loosen up."
'Aiden can't be found dating her; you know the difference in their status, after all. I know you aren't calling me a liar but I feel that was what you were doing." Diana looked at Becky, whose eyes wandered back to her food as she kept poking it.
By this time, Moon had found her way to her seat, her hands pulling the wet patches of her clothes from her body to stop them from sticking to her as she ate.
Having to appetite to enjoy her food, Diana properly settled in and started eating when her eyes suddenly caught up with that of Aiden.
He looked mad. She could imagine his head blowing up and the content of his brain spilling out.
Knowing she was supposed to look back at her food, Diana decided it was best to make something else worth attracting attention happen.
First, she waved towards Aiden with a cute smile and sparkling eyes.
'He doesn't look as excited though," Amira commented as she took in food into her mouth while her eyes did the observation.
'I know." Came Diana's curt response.
Shrugging Amira returned to her food, deciding it was best to watch from the sidelines.
'She's waving bruv." Jack hinted touching his shoulder with Aiden's.
'Who?" Aiden, who didn't want to look a second longer at Diana, asked, pretending to be oblivious.
'Diana," Jack responded, and they all looked in his direction to see her still waving.
'You are lucky Aiden. You have the interest of the queen bee in your palm, do something about that before you regret it." Another friend of his said.
Taking his hand beneath the table, Kelvin pushed it up, forcing him to wave back.
'The least you can do is smile. What is wrong with you?" Jack asked, exasperated as the robotic waved Aiden.
'If you don't want her, just get along first before passing her down to me. I wouldn't mind." Kelvin said still admiring how beautiful Diana is.
'What are you? A man whore?" Aiden finally asked.
The guys laughed at his question but Aiden wasn't amused.
'You practically have a girlfriend…"
'A girlfriend I didn't want to have. She threw herself on me, man; I had to accept her to get close to Diana, you know."
'Never mind," Aiden said looking down at his food with all his thoughts about how Moon was faring.
'Aiden!" Diana called loudly, her teeth on full display.
Aiden winced at the attention it drew and hoped Moon didn't think otherwise about it.
Knowing how relentless Diana was, Aiden decided it was time to put her in her place. Standing up with a force that startled the others, he drew his chair backward, and it made an extremely irritable screeching sound before striding towards Diana's table.
'Are you sure about this?" Becky asked, frightened by the look on Aiden's face.
'It doesn't matter. I just want it for the display, it will get to her." Diana replied before looking at Becky's scared face.
'Oh, come on, Becky, I can handle him, trust me." She giggled before putting lack her attention on Aiden.
Bobbing her head in reply, Becky wished for nothing else than to retire to the comfort of her bed. Looking at Lilian and Amira, she saw the same excitement in her eyes and she could not understand how they found pleasure in bringing harm their way.
Aiden finally paused his steps at Diana's seat.
'Hello, Aiden." Diana smiled seductively at him and winked her eyes before biting her lip.
She did all this knowing Moon's eyes were watching among others. While Aiden gagged at her behavior, he did nothing else than take her hand and drag her towards the exit earning a coo from the rest of the pack member.
Lilian turned to look at Moon and smirked when she saw the light die in Moon's eyes as her eyes were still on the door.
