Derek ignored him. 'Uncle Harold, continue."
Liam was so angry that his eyes turned red and his fists turned white, but he was an outsider standing here, he had no way to drag that stubborn idiot Derek away.
Uncle Harold did not move, he felt that Derek was not lightly injured.
His eyes looked at Derek's back.
He can only hit Derek's back hip if he continues to land the last ten blows.
Harold pondered for a moment, he looked at the two bodyguards in the room. 'You guys go out and keep watch."
"Yes."
Waiting for the two of them to go out, Uncle Harold took out a handkerchief to wipe the blood on the wooden bar and waved it again.
Ten consecutive hits rang out.
They all hit the open ground.
'Young master, I have finished beating thirty times, you can stand up."
Uncle Harold said as he wiped the wooden stick clean: "The deadline is three days, by then you must return, remember carefully."
Liam helped Derek up. "Thank."
Uncle Harold bowed slightly to him but said nothing.
The bodyguard outside suddenly came in. 'Young master, there is a car stopping at the construction site gate, the person getting out is a woman, do you need me to deal with her?"
A woman?
Derek frowned. 'What does she look like?"
'Extremely beautiful."
That's probably Bertha.
Why did she suddenly come here?
Derek looked at Uncle Harold. "Please disperse. She is a very important person to me. Don't touch her, and don't let her find out."
'Yes, you must pay attention to safety during these three days."

Bertha walked into the abandoned construction site in high heels, carefully observing her surroundings.
Tommy said there were a lot of underground guard posts nearby, but she didn't see anything.
Have they disbanded?
The construction site was very large, so she walked faster, looking everywhere in the construction site.
Finally, in a remote, deserted house, she saw a tall, familiar figure.
Liam helped Derek button the last button on his vest collar.
Seeing that Bertha had arrived, his tie had not been tied in time, so Liam put it in his pocket. He quietly stood aside and bowed his head, without saying a word.
Derek took a deep breath, hiding the pain in his back. When he looked towards Bertha, his dark eyes were very gentle.
'Why did you come here?"
Bertha did not answer his question, her delicate eyebrows were furrowed, her expression extremely serious.
'When I came in, why did Liam help you button your shirt, what were you doing?"
His pale lips curled slightly. 'It was just a button at the neck that accidentally came off. Liam saw that so he helped me tie it up."
Bertha glanced at Liam, Liam bowed his head, not saying a word or showing any emotion.
She walked up to Derek and looked at him closely again. 'So why are you here?"
'Liam received word that someone from the secret investigation department was coming, so I came here to check, but as soon as I arrived, they were gone."
Bertha turned her attention to Liam again. 'Is he telling the truth?"
Liam was silent for two seconds, with no emotion in his tone. "Yes."
Derek's fingertips trembled slightly, he gently pulled her sleeve. 'Bertha, it's cold outside, I want to go back to the villa."
"Wait a minute."
Bertha didn't react to his actions, her eyebrows were furrowed.
Although Liam lowered his head and tried to hide it, she discovered that Liam's eyes were slightly red.
She saw that Derek's face was a bit pale, his lips were not pink at all. His condition two days ago was still very good.
'This morning, you were fine. Why is your illness getting worse now?"
Derek's face didn't change, he covered his mouth and coughed lightly twice. 'Maybe I caught a cold last night, it's no big deal, I went home and took two pills and I was fine."
Does he just have a cold?
Bertha's eyebrows furrowed tightly because she always smelled a strange smell in the air.
There seemed to be a very strange scent of men's perfume, mixed with a very strong fishy smell.
"This place has been abandoned for so long, why does it smell like fresh blood?"
She walked around Derek, looking around the room.
Finally, she found a palm-sized pool of crimson blood on the ground, like fresh blood that had not yet dried.
She slowly squatted down, reaching out to touch the pool of blood, but her wrist was suddenly held tightly by Derek.
"Don't touch it, dirty."
Bertha looked at him, her thoughts clear. 'This is fresh blood, something must have happened here recently. Didn't you see anything when you and Liam came here?"
Derek didn't say anything, he glanced at Liam.
Liam understood, he explained. "I went in first. When I walked in, I saw someone jumping out the window and running away, so I used a knife to stab that person, probably covered in that person's blood."
'Where is that person? You are so agile but you let that person escape?"
Liam was speechless, he pretended to be embarrassed and scratched his head. 'Sorry, it was my mistake, that person had accomplices so I didn't chase after him."
If he hadn't caught up, it would have been useless for her to ask.
She glanced at Derek again, seeing that he seemed fine except his face and lips were a bit pale, did he have a cold?
'Let's go, let's go back to the villa."
Bertha turned around and went out.
Derek followed her.
With every step he took, the wound on his back tightened, and the pain made him unable to stand, helpless.
Liam quickly stepped forward to catch his arm.
Bertha heard movement behind her, she stopped, turned her head, and glanced at them. "What happened to you?"
Derek sucked in a breath, the corner of his mouth twitching. "Nothing, he slipped."
Liam couldn't utter a word.
